Vidal (M.S. University of Wisconsin-Madison) is a Ph.D. candidate
in Sociology at the UW-Madison. He works on the Advanced Manufacturing
Project, doing research on the political economy of industrial and
labor-market restructuring. He is currently focusing on work organization,
labor-management relations, and the role of unions in restructuring.
