Jobs With a Future (JWF) supports three sector-based partnerships that link employers, unions, technical colleges, and county-run Job Centers. By improving workers’ skills and training, these partnerships help firms to meet their labor requirements while enabling employees to move into better jobs. In cooperation with the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin, JWF is now expanding its work throughout the region.
